Top 5 Young Book Bloggers

Book blogging is a fun way to connect with book lovers all over the world. We’ve come up with a list of our favourite young book bloggers. Here they are (in no particular order):

1. The Mile Long Bookshelf
Seventeen year old Amber aspires to be a journalist, published author and/or a book publicist. Amber has been running The Mile Long Bookshelf single-handedly since 2009. She has also written about mental health and YA fiction for the Guardian and was interviewed by MTV on a similar topic. To top it all off, Amber was a winner in the 2015 UKYA Book Blogger Awards.

2. The Bibliomaniac
Seventeen year old Georgia is the author of this blog. You’ll find book reviews, graphics and discussions including an entry about finding the time to read during exams.

3. The Pewter Wolf
Written by a Andrew, The Pewter Wolf writes reviews, random blog posts and music themed posts. He won the Bloggers Blogger Award in the UKYA Book Blogger Awards and he’s also published his own collection of short stories entitled The Perfect Day.

4. Queen of Contemporary
Lucy is the teenage blogger behind this one. Since her blog’s creation in April 2012, she has won the UKYABA Champion of YA award, and spoken at both the Cheltenham Literature Festival and Oxford Literature Festival

5. Pretty Little Memoirs
Twenty year old Becca describes her blog as a place you find is like talking to a friend or going to your favourite bookstore. She is also an aspiring author and as well as reviewing books she enjoys making playlists.
